Founder
Jason Stephens is a seasoned Strategy Executive with over 20 years of experience driving commercial growth for consumer-led brands.
Before founding Elevate Growth Partners (EGP), he led strategy and innovation at Red Bull, Boardriders and Athleta where he collaborated with senior executives, marketers, product leaders and sales teams learning what truly drives growth – from strategy to execution.
Through these experiences he developed proven methods for driving commercial outcomes, learned principles of human centered design, and sharpened techniques for building organizational alignment and momentum. The combination of these elements is what EGP uniquely brings to their work to drive results.
Jason founded EGP to apply his deep expertise and real-world insights to the brands he admires, helping them elevate their approach to strategy and unlock their full growth potential. He believes that every brand encounters pivotal moments when a focused, strategic approach is essential.
A Midwest native, Jason earned his business degree and MBA at the University of Tulsa. After 20 years on the West Coast, he now calls Los Angeles home. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, coaching youth sports and running.
